How do I turn off ARB?

I have to delete 512 ARB subscriptions from our sandbox account. There is no way to do this in batch form. I started doing it manually but it's 4 clicks per subscription, plus extra if it's a gmail address that includes "+..." because that has to be removed.

I was told that if I turn off ARB, that will serve the purpose of deleting these subscriptions. Then I would be able to to turn it back on. I can't find anywhere on the website where I can do that, though.

Where can I turn off ARB and then how would I turn it back on?

If you follow these instructions then ALL subscriptions will be cancelled and you will not be able to reactivate them.

1. Log into the Merchant Interface (login.authorize.net)

2. Select the Recurring Billing link in the left hand navigation bar

3. Click "Discontinue the ARB Service" and follow the prompts.

You can enable the service again by selecting the Recurring Billing link and following the instructions.
