      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to synchronize my server date time stamp when recording a credit card transaction.&amp;nbsp; Was hoping to use the Submit Date but it does not appear to be part of the response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the best way to synch server times?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
