Hosted payment form error 99 SHA512 c#

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade from MD5 to the new hash (SHA512) method as on the website however I get a Response Code 99 error.

I have used the Data validation tool (http://developer.authorize.net/bin/developer/paramdump) and here are my results.
