All card numbers declined with response code #2 in sandbox

I am trying to test a sandbox integration that up until a few months ago worked fine. I have been working around the issue for a while, but now I need to test successful transactions and I'm unable to.

ALL transactions in my sandbox account are declined with a #2 code. I've tried every setting and guide I can find on the god forsaken internet but cannot get the sandbox to accept a charge.

Please anyone help?

Hello @scuttlebyte4096

By default, the sandbox will accept all transactions unless you use an expired date or other trigger in the testing guide. It would help if you provide a sample transaction request to examine.
