So while the biz was getting the official account setup, I created my own for testing and got everything working. I essentially copied the v3 code example from here:

So the one using my account works. I noticed the API login ID for my test account is 8 digits. The API login ID for my company's official account is 10 digits.

I went and recreated the public key and it still doesn't work - any thoughts before I reach out to customer service/support?

Here is where I got the keys:

API Login key: Home -> Settings -> API Credentials & Keys

Public Key: Home -> Settings -> Manage Public Client Key
