Accept Hosted payment method -- Intermittently not getting Response from Authorize.net

Hi,

Recently we have integrated the Accept Hosted integration method by requesting a hosted payment token and loading an iFrame on JSF page of our Oracle ADF application.

Issue is that intermittently payments will be processed at Authorize.net but we do not get any information/response back to the hostedPaymentIFrameURL.

This isn't the case for all payments, but all too frequently there is no communication back to the hostedPaymentIFrameURL after the user has paid through the iframe.

Can anyone please help us to resolve this issue.

IMO webhooks are by far the best way to get a transaction response for a hosted payment page. They will solve your issue.
