I am using code from sample-code-php-master accept suite php downloaded in last few days

I expected it to work

I am not planning to use saved customer info just want a hoste payment form that will return to my reciept page

testing withou receipt page I am replacing SIM

why does this not show payment page

step 1

response is pasted to this php in step 2 the saved and uploaded
then run in browser

I am using sandbox why does this fail?
