Multiple capture for single authorized transaction

Hi All,

We have a requirement where we want to perform multiple capture for a single previously authorized transaction, for e.g. if we have authorized $1000 then I want capture $600 and $400 in two different transaction.

Do we have anything out of the box from Authorize.net?

I have already seen related questions on the forum but they are very old so wanted to check if any new feature has come within Authorize.net.

There is no such feature. If you have a $1,000 transaction and capture $600, the existing transaction retains its original transaction id, the $1,000 is replaced by $600 as the amount, and $600 goes into captured pending settlement status.
