    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a software engineer for a division of cox automotive. Our application was impacted due to todays CIM outage&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://status.authorize.net/incidents/gzz49l7rx8c2" target="_blank"&gt;https://status.authorize.net/incidents/gzz49l7rx8c2&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We would like to be notified of high level root cause for this outage if and when a RCA is held on your side.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also it would be very helpful to have a Tier 2 tech support contact for these types of outages. It is very difficult to work through the merchant support during these types of events.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can be contacted directly via the email address in my account profile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for your assitance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jacob Holmes&lt;/P&gt;</description>
