Authorize.net API request missing messages in Response

Regarding to https://developer.authorize.net/api/reference/responseCodes.html, I expect to get messages from Xml response but sometimes it doesn't return messages. It's on production mode.

We have hundreds of authorize.net merchant account and it was working perfect before.

We are experiencing this issue since yesterday(Oct 9, 2019). We need to verify API request status with messages->Resultcode but can't do this since messages is null. Also this is intermittent, most of the requests return messages, only a few requests are missing messages in response so not easy to replicate.
