Terminated subscriptions

According to this:
"When a merchant takes no action on a suspended account before the next runDate, the subscription is terminated. Once terminated, a subscription can no longer be reactivated and must be recreated."

Is there a way to make a subscription in the sandbox have the status "terminated"?

You would have to cause the termination manually. You can set up a subscription to bill using one of the parameters in the testing guide that would result in a decline, (testing guide here: https://developer.authorize.net/hello_world/testing_guide/)

Also, if you set up the interval to bill daily, the termination would happen the day after the decline.
