The only SDK available is found here. There is only one version available on GitHub and the version found there will always be the most up-to-date.

I'm using a Countdown timer program that gives the following error when started:

The program can't start because api-ms-win-core-errorhandling-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try re-installing the program to fix the problem.

I tried reinstalling and it didn't fix it. I can see the file in the system32 folder of Win 7.

I tried registering it in CMD with regsvr32 api-ms-win-core-errorhandling-l1-1-0.dll and got the following error:

The module "api-ms-win-core-errorhandling-l1-1-0.dll" was loaded but the entry-point DllRegisterServer was not found.
