Hello,

Should

GetTransactionListForCustomerController

work in the sandbox? I tried calling it right after successfully running

CreateTransactionRequest

for the same customerProfileId and it did not return any records. Is this expected in the sandbox?

If not, what could the issue be?

Hi zstern,

My response to the other similar post you started will be the same here. Please make sure that you are processing these transactions in live mode, not test mode, so that they are recorded in the account to be returned in the reporting API after the fact. Test mode transactions are not stored at any point thus they cannot be returned in a reporting API response.

I wanted to attach a screen shot but I don't see where I can. Under 'Test Mode' -> 'Transaction Processing', the switch is to the right side where it says live.
