    <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems you cannot use the Merchant Interface to setup a Recurring Billing if the original credit card transaction from the customer is over 90days old.&amp;nbsp; Is there any such restriction if I instead use the ARB API to set up the Recusrring Billing?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
