I got the sAuthorizeNet/ sample-code-charp from github.

I have .Net Framework 4.5 as well as 4.8.

How do I add a reference to my c# project?

I do not see it listed in the properties when I try to add it.

I have built other c# projects never had this problem before.

I am using Visual studo Professional 2017.
