Help needed - .Net Web Application and New Entrust Certs Install

I only deal with this stuff every couple of years. It's an older website in maintenance mode. We don't get customers using CC very often. Can someone please give me step by step instructions on how to install the new 2020 certs for Entrust into a .Net web application running on Web Server 2008 SP 2 (32bit) - Has necessary TLS/SSL path from SP2. Just not sure how / where to install these certs to access the new API gateway. You can't easily use Authorize.net guide on older server/browser.

Using these references in .Net project....code was updated 2 years ago (2018) last time Authorize.net changed up things.

Just updated the AuthorizeNet Nuget package within Visual Studio to 2.0.1
