    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I make a call via&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;getCustomerProfileRequest and use an email address, I get an "Error E00039, duplicate records found". I don't have the customerprofileID just the email address.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How come the customerprofileids can't be sent back instead of returning an error?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
