Modal Popup in Accept Customer

I'm using the hosted profile page to manage customer's payment profiles in a bootstrap modal window that I've created. The resize from the iFrame Communicator works fine when editing a profile, however when "Add New Payment Method" is clicked, a new bootstrap modal is displayed inside my bootstrap modal and the resize call doesn't send a reasonable size, so the iFrame isn't resized to reduce the scrolling of the Add New Payment Method window.

So, is it possible to have the Add New Payment Method form displayed without the popup from Authorize.net or how would I be able to know that Add New Payment Method was called so that i could resize my iframe and modal? There doesn't seem to be an event that is communicated for the Add New Payment Method button click.
