How to remove "Need payer consent" on my Unsettled Transactions List?

Hello,

How to remove "Need payer consent" on my Unsettled Transactions List?

I'm testing transaction with paypal, if the transaction was not finished, this posting still in the unsettled transaction list.

How can I remove this manually or API ?

Please help me...

Hi animepoko,

Transaction remains in unsettled transaction in Need Payer Consent status for 48 hours. There is not a way to override this or remove it programmatically via the API or manually through the interface.

I am facing same issue. After paypal payment, it shows status of "Need Payer Consent" for 48 hours and then status changes to Expired.

Can anyone guide how to resolve this issue?

"Need payer consent" will require another step- the customer needs to approve of the charge via the PayPal Express Checkout UI and then you will need to send an Authorization Only Continued or Authorization Capture Continued request for the transaction to proceed.

The best way to not face is to provide the Paypal support the transaction id and let them know why and where it is coming from, you should not face further issues then.
