      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to know if there is a way to know before-hand if an amount being charged is higher than the limit allowed by the payment processor in order to avoid "declined transactions". Is that possible via API or at all?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
