I want to implement a payment on my website. Can I do it using a ready-made plugin? Does a developer have to do this? I have a page on the wordpress engine.

We are about to release exactly such a feature. Where you would be able to easily configure an Authorize.net Accept Hosted form : https://nexwebsites.com/authorizenet/configure.aspx and be able to place it on your page with some simple Javascript.
