WooCommerce Authorize.net Plugin to Show Last 4 on Declined Transactions in Order Notes

Hi. Currently we are using the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce (3.4.5) and the Authorize.net Plugin for it (3.14.2) and we'd like to have the credit card used on the transaction's last 4 display in the Order Notes even when the transaction was kicked back or failed due to wrong CVV, Address mismatch from on file.

At the moment, only the successful transactions post to the order notes with the last 4. With this, we can determine fraudulent orders before we ship them. If we see that a customer has tried 6 different credit card numbers before succeeding and finding the right one, we can stop it before it is shipped and then prevent receiving a chargeback and ultimately losing our product and money.
