Collect Tax and Credit Card Fees in Payment Gateway

I'm using the authorize.net payment gateway on my LMS site, which is run by Docebo. We charge fees for enrollment of online and in person courses.

Docebo's e-commerce tool is pretty light, so I need to add a tax field and credit card processing fee field to the authorize.net payment gateway. Can someone assist me with this?

Once a transaction is started in Docebo, users are kicked into https://accept.authorize.net/payment/payment to make their payment (that will be invalid for anyone clicking - just want to show the path) to input their credit card information. So that's the area I need to be able to control.
