Setting up Accepted Host

Hi, I am new to this, and I'm planning to set up Accepted Host on a site so that they can take payments and not have to worry about PCI and credit card handling.

All I need is the part which takes payments. No apple pay, no refunds, no customer profiles. Nice and simple. It appears it's all explained here: https://developer.authorize.net/api/reference/features/accept_hosted.html=

I found some starter code at https://github.com/AuthorizeNet/accept-sample-app, which was provided in the instructions. I have it running on my server, but I'm not sure what to do now. I read over the readme files but I'm still not clear.

Where do I add my credentials for my Sandbox account?

What "Customer ID" are they asking for on the login page?

These might seem simple but I'm very new to this and it's very unclear to me. I need to get this to progress.
