    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The testing guide says to use a zip code of&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;46282 to generate a "Decline" response, however when using a Customer Payment Profile with that zip code transactions are still getting approved. Our sandbox enviornment is in "Live" mode, not "Test" mode. How do we actually test a decline response?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
