    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm wondering if this 8-bin change would somehow affect the existing&amp;nbsp;Luhn algorithm? I'm still using custom JavaScript functions to pre-verify credit card entry format and identifiying card type by number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I personally don't see they would be acffected but better to double check....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
