We have a use case as follows:

1) At least 50% has to be paid 90 days before the event date. At least 75% has to be paid 60 days before the event date. 100% has to be paid 30 days before the event date.

2) Send reminder mail before say 5 days.

Can I configure this in Authorize.Net (may be in partial payment) or I have to handle this using API on our end?

Because I just experienced something quite similar to the problem you've posed, I've been trying to think of a good answer to your question. As before, there is no solution to this problem.
