Accept Hosted error - (TESTMODE) Bill To First Name is required.

I'm able to get a token, and profile page with just the credit card option. I'm running validation in 'test mode'.

I'm able to use the add payment type, configured just to have credit card number, exp date, and cvv. I have the billing address turned off

When I try to add a new payment profile in the iframe, I keep receiving an error "(TESTMODE) Bill To First Name is required.". I've tried adding the billto block to the token request, firstname as a hidden on the form.

I've checked the payment forms options on my sandbox auth.net account and the first name is not set to required. If I switch to live validation mode, and add the billing info, everything works.

Any ideas why this is happening, and how to correct it?

billto required fields in the gateway config ended up being the issue. I did not have access to view that, at the time. Thanks!
