Authorize.NET accept hosted payment transaction and existing customer profile

Hello

I have referred below document and called getHostedPaymentPageRequest to got the form token. I have embedded Iframe so the payment form appears for me and I submitted payment transaction.

But I have checked into Authorize.net account but that payment transaction doesn’t come under Customer profile it goes to unsettled transaction.

Can you please let me know why payment transaction going to unsettled transaction list instead of under customer profile?
