Cannot Create Sandbox Account (2022)

Hi all,

I'm having the same issue from 9 years ago. I cannot create my Sandbox account, and every other post just says the issue was resolved with no solution mentioned.

After I hit 'Submit', I get an error above the form:

Form Errors

An error occurred during processing. Please try again.
Error creating test account

But there's no error listed, and I filled all the form fields.

Any help would be appreciated
