Payout process - Merchant account to 2nd customer account

As we have a scenario - We want to transfer funds from one customer bank account to another customer bank account.

For this I got to know as authorize.net do not provide any api to transfer funds from one bank account to another bank account.

So I am trying to transfer fund from 1st customer to merchant account. And yes I am able to do it via "Debit a bank transfer" api. But now I want that amount to be transferred from merchant account to 2nd customer bank account.

Please provide solution for this.
