Hi,

We are getting this:

Your script timed out while we were trying to post transaction results to it.
Transaction ID: 44224611xxx
Transaction Result: This transaction has been approved.

The following message was displayed to the customer:

------------------------------The reporting of this transaction to the Merchant has timed out. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.

We have whitelisted the relay URL two IP addresses at the bottom here https://support.authorize.net/knowledgebase/Knowledgearticle/?code=000001158 which is:

198.241.206.38
198.241.207.38

Our relay URL is https://laconiapetcenter.store/wc-api/Wc_Tech_Autho

It is fully public and accessible.

Everthing looks in order yet it still is timing out and not send the finalize transaction back to the site.

It seems that Authorize Net is not able to post to the SSL port at the URL you provided for showReceipt.

Check your showReceipt URL for yourself using an https connection to it.

Much appreciated. I think you probably looked at this after we disable the last Authorize.net extension we were using before. We just now configured this new extension https://woocommerce.com/products/authorize-net/ We are testing it now. I think the last extension was buggy. But, when it was enabled it was reachable by https.

Let me do some more tests with this new extension and will hit back here later. So far so good I think...smile.
