Hi,

I am facing a issue with follow on credit request.

I am using secure acceptance site for payment and a SOAP API for refund transaction.

I am passing the request id which is received after payment through secure hosted payment site to the SOAP API refund request, but it fails and response code 102 ("Reply Message:
There is a problem processing this request: The request id for the transaction is either invalid or missing") is received.

When I perform a payment and refund both through SOAP API it works fine.

this are the fields I am passing.

What am I missing here..

@sapna Hello Sapna, I know that issue was long time ago but I am currently facing the same issue, I am trying to fing possibility to do refunds with secure acceptance.

Did you manage it somehow?
