A couple questions have come up:</P><P>&nbsp;</P><OL><LI>We've noticed that there is not a Company input field displayed, even though it is available on the API. Is there a way to configure that? The relevant billing addres settings for the <A href="http://developer.authorize.net/api/reference/#customer-profiles-get-accept-customer-profile-page" target="_self">getHostedProfilePageRequest</A><EM>&nbsp;</EM>are limited to visibility and required/optional.&nbsp;</LI><LI>Is there any way to pre-populate the billing address?
