Hello,

I have a website that accepts credit cards and my developer has been trying to test it. I have been trying to get information and very little is found. Is there a "login key" and "transaction key" that is used for testing purposes? What do we need to put into our site in order to test that the credit card processing is working?

We tried to make a "sandbox" account, but the system is currently down to make new accounts.

Thank you.

log in to your Authorize.net Merchant Account
Navigate to Account > Settings
Under Security Settings, select API Credentials & Keys
Generate a new Transaction Key
Copy the API Login ID and Transaction Key for testing

OR maybe try this :

if you don’t have sandbox access, you may try Authorize.net’s shared test credentials for basic testing:

API Login ID: API123
Transaction Key: TEST123
