    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp; Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently working on integrating NetSuite with Authorize.Net.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When using Test Mode, the integration between NetSuite and Authorize.Net works fine — both the customer and payment profile are successfully created in Authorize.Net.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When switching to Live Mode, the customer profile is not being created in Authorize.Net, and we are encountering the following error during the transaction process via the Authorize.Net API:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"validationDirectResponseList": [ "3,3,25,An error occurred during processing........" ],&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Code: E00027&lt;BR /&gt;Message: "An error occurred during processing. Please try again."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could you please help us identify the exact root cause of this error and advise on the necessary steps to resolve it in live mode?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
