topic VB.Net Sample Accept Hosted page? in Integration and Testing

Has anyone seen a successful, simple example of using vb.net to call an Accept Hosted page to process a card transaction? I've wasted a couple days trying to get a super simple proof of concept to work, and I just cannot get past a meaningless "E0001 Unexpected Error" message from the Accept Hosted page itself.

I can retrieve a token and have tried with three different sandboxes

I'm able to force a single transaction through without calling the Hosted page, from VB.net, and I get a confirmation email immediately.

But no matter what I try, when I get the token and redirect to the Accept Hosted form (not in an iframe, but really directing to it), as soon as I enter the card number and CVV, etc. - the Hosted page just instantly says "Unexpected error. Please try again".

I've tried disabling everything I can on the form config - accept anything related to AVS, etc. - but something just won't process. I'm happy to paste my sample code here if it would help... it seems like I must be missing something simple. I'd love to see any sample code to do this from VB.net
