Some platforms block certain domains or newer extensions like .io during Sandbox sign-ups, even if the same email works perfectly on their forums. It’s usually due to strict validation rules on the auth side. You can try a different domain (like Gmail) or contact support to whitelist your .io address. It’s similar to how a Snow Day Prediction needs accurate input before giving results if the system doesn’t accept the data, it can’t proceed. Once they allow the domain, the signup should work fine.

We're trying to sign up for a Sandbox account and it won't accept our email. Does anyone know if Auth doesn't take or accept io extensions or something? Claims it is an invalid address, but allowed us to signup for this forum using it.

Thanks

I have the same issue. That form seems like it only accepts .com, .net, and .org emails. Our company has alternative TLDs like .ai, .us, .vc, etc. I've never seen this email validation anywhere, especially on a service for developers. I'm completely blocked from creating a sandbox account.
