hI,

I am using card present method to integrate and I have a test account for card present, When I do HTTP post to the test card present account, which URL do I use. CP documentation shows this https://cardpresent.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll

for Live accounts.

I was wondering what people do to test the MD5 hash feature if they only have a test CP account? We don't have a live CP account or need one - what is the usual method here?

You would set the MD5 hash value in the Card Present test account you are using? Are you using a shared test account and do not know the secret answer in order to change the MD5 hash value?

Thanks,

you evaluation sounds about right - I only have the shared test account to work with just now. I need to code and test our software to work with the MD5 hash value. As far as I can tell from other posts on this subject, and please correct me if I am wrong, the share account hash value (obviously) cannot be changed/set - so is there by chance a 'known' one already configured with it? (Even if it is an empty string)

I've set the MD5 hash value to the Card Present shared test account, with a Login ID of cptest72009, to Authnet001.

Within the test environment, you should be posting to https://test.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll for both card present and card not present.
