In addition to Internet Explorer, the Safari browser is also unable to verify the https server verify.authorize.net

The error reported is: "Cannot Verify Server Identity // Safari can't verify the identity of verify.authorize.net"

This problem blocks sales via Internet Explorer and Safari browsers, including iPads and iPhones, that attempt to access https://verify.authorize.net which is a mandatory part of various Authorize.net payment procedures, such as viewing / entering the security code as part of the hosted payment checkout.
