List of Arguments in DPM

I obviously don't know what to call such, because I get nothing on a search of the documentation. But what I need is a list of what all the x_yyy arguments for the Direct Post Method are. I don't find it except in code samples, which are incomplete listings. And most of them are for methods other than DPM. I would appreciate any direction to the proper documentation that you can give me.

Don't worry, it took me a while to sort that out myself.

DPM is built on top of SIM and you may use the SIM reference for all of the "x_" fields.
