Custom Item description columns in SIM

I have decided to use authorize.net SIM API for a project, where client sells service and not a product. From SIM guide I found that item description has

the following columns

item, description, qty, taxable, unit price and item total.

As we are selling only service, we don't need qty, taxable and unit total.

Is it possible to remove those columns in SIM's Item description? and also is it possible to rename the column titles?

You can customize which fields are visible and which fields are required from within your account settings. After logging into your Authorize.Net account, go to Account->Settings and select "Payment Form" to find all of the options for cusotmization.

Going into the account setting does not allow you to remove the Taxable column from the "Payment Form". The only Tax settings that can be edited are the tax fields that show up right above the total.

How do you remove the "Taxable" column that displays Y or N?

Hi,

Like what TJPride mentioned, there is no way to remove that column for Taxable Y/N. It will always be there for each line item listed.
