Help with online donation form

I am totally new to taking online donations.

I am building a church site in wordpress. We are switching from a service that did everything and need to re-create the donation form.

The current form is located here: current donation form

How can I recreate this? I can build a form in dreamweaver..no problem...just no clue how to use it with authorize.net and not even sure where to look to start.
