Bug in 1.5 C# SDK - Returning settlement date as '1/1/0001 12:00:00 AM'

Bug in 1.5 C# SDK - Returning settlement date as '1/1/0001 12:00:00 AM' in the TransactionList() call.

I have only confirmed this in the test environment at this time.

I have 4 settled transactions and it's returning the same bogus date for all 4 of them.
