    <description>&lt;P&gt;This sounds like a problem in whatever code you are using.&amp;nbsp; The API itself does not return "NULL" and will always return an XML response.&amp;nbsp; I would recommend figuring out where the NULL value is actually originating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are submitting a recurring payment and the output response is NULL rather than an error code. We're not sure how to handle this as we can't tell where the break is.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
