I'm using the AIM SDK. I will try again and see if I can get it to work - else I'll post up some sample code for review.

Thanks.

I'm using AIM with great success but have a question from a customer regarding credits.

When a credit is issed against a settled transaction it processes fine but the Customer Name and Invoice Number

do not display in the Transaction Details Report.

I tried populating the object with the customer info before calling the credit method (just like with authorizeAndCapture, etc)

but it did not work. Is it possible to send this data with a credit - am I missing something?

Thx!

When using AIM, submitting the name and customer information is the same for a Credit as it is for an Authorize and Capture transaction. What you are describing should work as you expected it to. Are you using one of our SDKs or sample code packages as the basis of your implementation?
