On May 15, 2015, Authorize.Net end support for shared developer sandbox accounts and instead encourage developers to create new individual accounts at http://developer.authorize.net/sandbox.

Shared developer accounts were created prior to 2010 when we replaced them with individual sandbox accounts. These accounts severely limit what you can change within the sandbox Merchant Interface settings for testing. Shared developer accounts typically have a Login ID that contains “cnpdev” or “cnptest”.

After May 15, 2015, test transactions using a shared developer account may return an error 13. If this is the case, please create a new sandbox account at http://developer.authorize.net/sandbox.
