    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just curious, why would you want to do this via authorize.net and not in your shipping method? A lot of carts out there have shipping modules so pick up would be one of those no? Am I missing something here?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having a hard time with adding an "in-store" or local pickup option that does not charge shipping rates. &amp;nbsp;Cannot customize the state menu to allow for local pickup and not charge for shipping. &amp;nbsp;I could create a coupon, but there HAS to be an option for this somewhere. &amp;nbsp;Can code be changed or something?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
