Git for CyberSource.Authentication for .Net Framework

I need to be able to build and sign for strong named assembly cybersource-rest-client-dotnet.dll and AuthenticationSdk.dll as my ERP application is strongly signed and all DLLs referenced must also be strongly signed.

I am able to find the Git repository .NET Client SDK for the CyberSource REST API version 143 for .Net Framework 4.6.1 and successfully built and signed the DLL.

I can only find .Net Core repository for CyberSource Authentication

GitHub - Digiman/CyberSource.Authentication: The library that will provide authentication functionality to work with CyberSource and related to using REST API from .NET applications.

Where can I find the GitHub .Net Framework 4.61 version so I may build and sign?

The current AuthenticationSdk.dll 0.0.0.19 distributed by NuGet was built for .NET Framework 4.6.1
