I am able to successfully create webhook, subscribe to events (tms.networktoken.provisioned and tms.networktoken.update) of token management product id , activate it for one of the transacting merchant id. However when I login to sandbox and switch to that particular merchant view, I don't see any webhooks related data. Where can I see it ?

Also webhooks updates that I will be receiving - will they be asynchronous or synchronous?
